Job Description PRIMARY FUNCTION : The District Leadership Development Director provides strategic leadership for the design, coordination, implementation, and continuous improvement of districtwide leadership development systems aligned to the district's strategic plan. This role exists within the Strategy, Innovation, and Performance (SIP) division because leadership capacity is a critical driver of strategic plan execution, organizational effectiveness, talent sustainability, and long-term district transformation.
