Job Description FUNCTIONAL PURPOSE The Project Director is directly responsible for the oversight of programs and operations for the 21st Century Community Learning Center (CCLC) Grant under the guidelines of the 21st CCLC grant. The primary focus will be the coordination of program development and implementation, staff development, and budget maintenance for the program as well as after-school and summer programming grant. The purpose of the grant is to help students improve in academics, attendance, behavior, and promotion rates, through the 21st Century Community Learning Centers. This is a part-time, three-year, grant funded position which expires in the summer of 2027. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Hires, trains, and manages site coordinators and tutors for the 21st Century Community Learning Centers who will strive to improve student academics, attendance, behavior, and promotion rates.
