Position Summary: The Investigator will conduct investigations within the Office of Civil Rights that implicate the district's Title IX procedures and antidiscrimination policies. In addition, at the direction of the Senior Legal Director, the Investigator will partner with attorneys in the O?ce of Labor Relations and the leadership of the O?ce of Human Resources (OHR) and other responsibility center leaders to investigate allegations of employee misconduct and allegations of contract violations brought by our union partners.
