Job Description Bernard Zell Anshe Emet Day School, located on the North Side of Chicago, is looking for A Systems Support Specialist's to support the school by providing first-level technology support and troubleshooting various systems, printers, and peripherals. The Systems Support Specialist will report to the Director of Technology. Essential Duties Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for internal employees across various operating systems (macOS, Chrome, iOS) and applications (e.g., Google Workspace, EDU apps, etc.). Deploy, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware (laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices) and software issues in a timely manner. Manage the IT Help Desk system, including logging, tracking, and prioritizing support tickets to meet defined service-level agreements (SLAs).
