Job Description Summary Description The Director of Planning is responsible for pupil membership projections, development of the Capital Improvements Program, representing the School Board at County and Town planning commissions and governing bodies, the Triennial Virginia School Census, and the development of the annual School Board Legislative Program. In accordance with these responsibilities, the Director directs the activities performed by the personnel assigned to the Department of Planning.
