Job Description Elementary Principal (Job Description ) Location: TBD Effective Date: TBD Job Summary: To use leadership and administrative skills to improve academic achievement for all K-5 students through leading, directing, supervising, and implementing the educational program within the building and maintaining an inclusive and effective learning climate in the building. CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor's degree with a valid PA teaching certification required. Masters degree in Educational Leadership or Administration required. Valid PA Principal K-12 certificate required. 5-7 years of successful elementary teaching experience or experience as a counselor, psychologist, or social worker required. 5-7 years of experience at the elementary level as an Administrator preferred.
