Job Description General Responsibilities Reporting directly to the Program Director, the Program Manager will provide a comprehensive range of services for staff and students. The Program Manager will provide training to staff, coordinate services for students, and establish guidelines and procedures for the program. The Program Manager will assume the duties of the Program Director in their absence. Salary: The full annual salary range is $65,637.41 - $79,866.97. Offers are made at the entry level of the range. Assignment: We are recruiting for a Program Manager to serve Quest Academy in Longview, WA for the 2026-2027 school year. This position is 8 hours per day, 210 days per year. Start date will be August 2026. Quest Academy provides a supportive and highly therapeutic learning environment for students with varying degrees of cognition who need behavioral interventions and support.
