Job Description Title Code: Manager: Transportation JOB SUMMARY Plans and manages the daily operation of school buses for an assigned area of the contract or system-owned fleet to include the supervision of specialists, operation technicians, school contractors, drivers, aides, substitute employees, training staff employees, maintenance service employees, alternative vehicles, and office personnel to ensure the safe, efficient and economical transportation of students. Employee(s) must be capable of performing any and all of the listed duties individually or independently which may vary based upon their work location/assignment and available staffing.
