Job Description REPORTS TO: Director of Evaluation and Performance Management POSITION OVERVIEW: The Performance Management Team (PMT) develops and deploys tools and resources, professional learning experiences, and direct consultation to school and district leaders in order to provide employees with clarity, support, and accountability for meeting the needs of students and families in BPS. The Performance Management Systems Coordinator is tasked with developing technical solutions to delivering content, organizing resources, and organizing data and communications for the PMT, as well as providing systems-embedded training and support for various PMT-related platforms, including maintaining the district's online performance evaluation platform and related data.
