Job Description SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF CLASSIFICATION: Working in collaboration with the Director of Technology (Information Technology), the Database Administrator is responsible for planning, analyzing, recommending, implementing, and supporting the District's databases and their associated integrations. The primary responsibilities of this position center on the administration, maintenance, and support of the PowerSchool Student Information System, including its data integrity, reporting, and integration with other District systems. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Experience working with a ticketing system independently and with minimum supervision. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work alternative work schedules as needed (flex hours). Strong communication and interaction skills with both staff, students, and families of varying grade levels.
