Job Description ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR/DIRECTOR OF EDUCATION SERVICES Position Type: Non-union, at-will, exempt (FLSA), 12-month POSITION SUMMARY The Education Services leadership role may become an Associate Director of Education Services or Director of Education Services based on the selected candidate's qualifications and experience; compensation will be commensurate with the final title, job responsibilities, and credentials. The Associate Director/Director of Education Services is a cabinet-level position reporting to the Superintendent. This role provides strategic leadership and operational management of all Education Services within St. Clair County RESA, including curriculum, instruction, assessment, and whole-child support.
