Job Description Reports To: Director of Special Education and School Principal Position Summary The Special Education Teacher provides specialized instruction and support to students with disabilities to maximize their academic, social-emotional, and functional learning. The teacher develops and implements Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), monitors student progress, and collaborates with staff and families to ensure an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Essential Responsibilities Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student learning needs. Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) .
