Job Description Title Code: Chief Human Resources Officer JOB SUMMARY Serving as a member of the Superintendent's Cabinet, advances the strategic priorities of Anne Arundel County Public Schools by leading the Office of Human Resources, encompassing the Divisions of Employee Relations, Human Capital Management, Human Resources Operations, Investigations & Compliance, Project Management, and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and Title IX Compliance. Oversees the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Office priorities, ensuring a focus on equity, innovation, and measurable outcomes that support student and staff success.
