Job Description Title Code: Coordinator: Reading & Language Arts Secondary JOB SUMMARY Provides leadership and visionary expertise to the content area program. Develops curriculum, instructional practices, assessments, and professional learning. Infuses rigorous standards and practices into every secondary grades/course level experience. Works effectively to partner with colleagues to coordinate, supervise, and plan the implementation and evaluation of the entire program in the assigned content area. Aligns academic and strategic initiatives to all AACPS systemic goals. Develops and manages grant funds to support instruction.
