SUMMARY : The Student Success Facilitator at Comstock Park High School is a student-centered professional dedicated to supporting at-risk youth through a "whole child" approach. This role focuses on removing barriers to personal success via developing communication strategies, supporting time management skills and prioritizing academic needs. This will foster accountability, goal setting, and emotional resilience. Serving as a critical bridge between students, administration, and support teams, the Facilitator balances proactive intervention with structured supervision, playing a key role in school safety, discipline transitions, and behavioral support frameworks.
