Job Description Terms: BASAS 10B Reports to: Special Education and Student Services Supervisor Description: The Special Education and Student Services Program Director for ABA is responsible for developing and monitoring structured and individualized interventions utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and discrete trial programs for the purposes of behavior reduction and skill acquisition.
