PRIMARY FUNCTION : Provides leadership and technical oversight for all skilled trades across the district, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Ensures the reliability, safety, and long-term performance of building systems through preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, lifecycle asset management, hazardous materials risk assessment, and contractor oversight. Serves as the district's technical authority on building systems and partners with Maintenance Operations to ensure aligned and efficient service delivery.
