Job Description Job Title: Principal - North Stafford High School Department: School-Based Pay Grade: Uniform Salary Scale Grade 330 Work Calendar: All 12 Month Staff FLSA Status: Exempt GENERAL PURPOSE Reporting to the Executive Director of High School Leadership, the High School Principal provides leadership for the School's staff to develop, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive educational program in accordance with state, local, and federal requirements. As a building administrator for Stafford County Public Schools ("SCPS"), the Principal will be a role model to students and staff, and serve as a representative of SCPS to families and other community members.
