Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE: HIGH SCHOOL PRINCIPAL - GAFFNEY HIGH SCHOOL GENERAL STATEMENT OF JOB With limited supervision, oversees school operations and provides leadership to promote student growth and achievement. Supervises staff and ensures compliance with district policies. Reports directly to the Superintendent. SALARY : $100,000 - $160,000 (TBD by Board of Trustees) 12 Months - 240 Days SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Supervises all professional and classified staff members; assigns workloads and establishes work schedules; directs and supervises duties of assigned staff.
