Job Description Extended School Year (ESY) Coordinator SUMMARY/GOAL OF POSITION: Plan and oversee the daily operations of the special education summer programs for Winchester Public Schools 2026. PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES PROGRAM PLANNING: •Determine staffing needs in collaboration with the Director of Student Services •Interview and hire summer school teaching staff. •Prepare summer school program letter of invitation for student distribution. •Determine and order classroom materials prior to the start of school •Coordinate training and support for teachers in preparation for the summer school program.
