Job Description The Student Support Director leads the school's comprehensive student support systems to ensure that every child has access to the services and resources needed to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. This role oversees the Exceptional Children (EC) program, Section 504 plans, and behavioral and social-emotional supports. Working closely with educators and families, the Student Support Director helps ensure that student services are responsive, inclusive, and aligned with the school's Montessori approach. Within the school's Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS), this role partners with the instructional team while providing leadership for Tier 3 supports, complex student needs, and transitions into formal EC services when appropriate.
