Instructional Designer & Facilitator Full Description Instructional Designer & Facilitator Full-time Bachelor's degree $75,000.00 - 85,000.00 per year The Role The Instructional Designer & Facilitator designs, builds, and delivers the learning experiences that prepare Mathnasium franchise owners, Center Directors, and center staff to run successful Mathnasium Learning Centers. This role pairs instructional design with live facilitation. The Instructional Designer will design, implement, and iterate asynchronous learning as well as live (virtual and on-site in Los Angeles) facilitation to support the training of new franchise owners, development of existing franchisees, and support center level operations.
