Instructional Designer United States Job Description Please note that there are three positions available. By applying to this requisition, you will be considered for all three openings. The Instructional Designer uses their knowledge of adult learning principles to develop high-quality, high-impact learning content in support of enterprise initiatives. They work effectively with key stakeholders across multiple levels to identify training needs and to design and develop learning programs.
