Director, Learning Curriculum Designer CSBS Corporate, 1300 I Street NW, Washington, District Of Columbia, United States of America Job Description Job Summary Reporting to the Senior Director of Learning Technology & Design, the Director, Learning Curriculum Design will play a key role in the design, development, and continuous improvement of high-quality learning programs that support the skill growth of employees at more than 50 state regulatory agencies. Based on adult learning best practices, this position will collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts and will be a key contributor throughout the full learning design lifecycle, from needs analysis through evaluation.
