Overview: Employment in this role is conditional upon successful execution of the contract by the client. The Work The Instructional Systems Designer will develop and deliver engaging, learner-centered training solutions for government clients. The ISD will utilize the ADDIE model or similar instructional design methodologies to analyze training requirements, design effective learning solutions, and implement instructional programs tailored to meet the needs of diverse learners. The individual will be responsible for collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), project managers, and multimedia developers to create high-quality, measurable, and outcome-based training solutions.
