Senior Instructional Designer Full Description Overview: Responsible for creating innovate and engaging learning solutions that link to key business strategies within the organization. Collaborates with key stakeholders to define learning objectives and measure learning outcomes. Designs and develops learning solutions using various instructional design methods that focus on improving organizational performance.
