Job Description 6-8 Instructional Specialist (1 Year Only) General Description The primary function of the Instructional Specialist is to administer diagnostic assessment and provide targeted, high quality math and reading instruction to students in the FLEX block and promote effective classroom teaching practices to increase student achievement.
