JOB SUMMARY Instructs, motivates, and supports under-achieving students to enroll and be successful in increasingly rigorous courses that prepare them for college admissions. Demonstrates the ability to collaborate with the school faculty and members of the community to promote student success. Supports the mission to eliminate the achievement gap and promote academic achievement for all students. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Reviews student applications for the AVID program, conducts student interviews, and facilitates the student selection process.
