Job Description Salary Range: $37,867 - $73,004 Terms of Employment : 245 days Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent Valid SC Driver's License Physically able to lift 75 pounds Able to bend, stoop, and climb ladders Able to work in adverse conditions including heat, cold, dust, and wet conditions Able to operate a computer Job Responsibilities : Coordinate Fire Marshall inspections with state Fire Marshall. Conduct resolution walkthrough with key administration staff and maintenance staff for any/all violations noted. Maintain/repair fire alarm systems. Schedule fire alarm annual inspection and repair deficiencies as noted Maintain/repair and install security systems. Maintain/repair intercom systems.
