Job Description Support Staff/Break Aide Great Start Readiness Program 127 days per year. 1-7 hours per day (5-35 hours per week, varies) Kent ISD, non-union Provides breaks for teachers in the classroom setting, in a high-quality preschool program that complies with the requirements of the Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) grant. Job Qualifications: Preferably has some experience working with children. Create and maintain a safe and positive learning environment focused on a sense of belonging within the classroom. Ability to communicate effectively and relate positively with students, parents, and school personnel. Good attendance and punctuality.
