Job Description POSITION TITLE: Strategic Planning & Performance Specialist REPORTS TO: Program Director in Office of School and District Improvement at the Rhode Island Department of Education RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as lead to coordinate and implement the monitoring system for selected federal programs.
