Everwood Day Camp is seeking teachers, paraprofessionals, and college students exploring a career in early childhood education for our Preschool Group Leader role. You'll work with our youngest campers, ages 3-5, in our Turtle Division. Because what else do tiny humans with backpacks look like? As a Preschool Group Leader, you'll navigate a group of up to 15 Pre-K to Kindergarten campers through their day, from instructional swim lessons to special events, nature activities, and sports. Let's be honest-changing out of a wet bathing suit can be tricky, and you'll be there to guide them through it all! You'll work alongside 1-2 counselors, supporting and mentoring them, while receiving guidance and feedback from a Division Leader, often a seasoned teacher.
