Job Description Job Title: ABA Technician Reports to: Principal, Classroom Teacher, BCBA Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Classroom experience preferred ABA experience preferred Responsibilities: Works directly with students who are diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other related developmental disabilities Implements individualized academic and behavior programs Provides instruction using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), including discrete trial instruction, task analysis, naturalistic teaching techniques Participates in the daily routine of a classroom including but not limited to activities such as circle time, recess, lunch, group activities, and toileting Independently implements student-specific behavior plans to decrease challenging behaviors and increase functional behaviors Collects ongoing data, summarizes the data to monitor students' progress, and identifies next steps in program Conducts or...
