Job Description Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum five (5) years full-time experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, advertising, retail merchandising, graphic design, social media management, or related field. Demonstrated experience developing and executing marketing campaigns. Proficiency with industry software (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Google Workspace, social media platforms, content management tools). Experience in retail operations, customer service, or entrepreneurship preferred. Teaching experience preferred Marketing Technology Vocational Technical certification from the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (or willingness to pursue and obtain).
