Job Description This part-time position works directly with customers to provide in-person and virtual career advisement and case management services. Responsibilities include meeting contractual performance goals associated with the Manufacturing Pipeline Initiative (MPI) grant. The ideal candidate will demonstrate high energy and motivation to support customers in achieving their employment goals. This individual must be a self-starter who can work independently, remain well organized, multitask effectively, and prioritize competing projects. The Workforce Advisor is responsible for MPI enrollment and the delivery of ongoing case management services to clients interested in entering the manufacturing field. These services include, but are not limited to, career assessment and guidance, evaluation of education and training needs, information and referrals, coordination of support services, and job search and job development assistance.
