Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated One-to-One Teacher Aide to provide individualized support to a student with special needs in an educational setting. The ideal candidate will assist the student throughout the school day to ensure safety, engagement, and success in learning activities. Responsibilities: Provide direct support to the assigned student during classroom activities, transitions, and other school routines. Assist with personal care needs, including toileting and hygiene, in a respectful and professional manner. Monitor and manage the student's safety, including preventing elopement (running away) and ensuring the student remains in designated areas. Implement strategies and accommodations as directed by the teacher and support team. Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for the student.
