Think of this role as a substitute teacher + hype leader, who can connect with our youngest campers (4 years old) to campers in our Teen Leadership Program (entering 10th graders). Everwood Day Camp is seeking swim instructors at our pool and lake waterfronts to teach instructional swim lessons for campers ages 4-9. Lakefront Instructors will also oversee our waterfronts from the beach, to floating docks, to our inflatable adventure course. The upkeep and basic maintenance of the lakefront beach area, docks, and pool is also part of the job. Swim Instructors will be assisted by counselors during Instructional Swim periods to teach swimming fundamentals and techniques through drills and games.
