Job Description BARRINGTON SCHOOL DISTRICT 2025-26 School Year POSITION TITLE: Certified RBT Under the direct supervision of the BCBA and in coordination with the Director of Student Services, The RBT provides high-quality behavioral therapy to individuals identified as requiring the services for anRBT. To be successful, one must possess both written and verbal communication skills, strong collaboration skills, and interpersonal interaction skills. The RBT must implement care plans for children as identified. The RBT must assist with the delivery of behavior analysis services and practices under the guidance and supervision of the BCBA. The RBT will care for and work with children with various behavioral challenges and collaborate with the care team.
