Job Description You are a motivated enrollment coach who believes every graduate deserves the opportunity to enroll in and complete a four‑year college degree. In this role you'll work directly with Brooklyn high school alumni-identifying, re‑engaging, and supporting those who haven't matriculated or who stopped out-to remove barriers and create clear pathways back to college. You'll join the cross‑regional Alumni Support team and partner closely with school staff, campus partners, families, and college offices to design and scale re‑enrollment practices that improve long‑term postsecondary outcomes.
