Job Description POSITION TITLE: ECCAT/Supervisory Aide (Grades Kindergarten-Third Grade) START DATE: January 5, 2026 IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Principal FLSA STATUS: Non-exempt EMPLOYMENT TERM: 200 days annually NUMBER OF JOBS: 1 open position WORK HOURS: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm subject to change based on student need. JOB TYPE DESCRIPTION: A vacancy exists for an ECCAT/ Supervisory Aide (Grades Kindergarten-Third Grade). Applicant's primary duties will be in the Kindergarten class to assist the teacher and work with students who need extra help with language, literacy and numercy, in addition to other instructional needs. SALARY: $28,310 - $42,640 Salary will be determined by using the Berkeley County Schools Service Personnel Salary Scale based on level of education and years of experience plus competitive benefits package equal to approximately 35% of direct compensation.
