Job Description Director of Curriculum and Instruction Reports To: Superintendent Job Description: Position Summary The Director of Curriculum and Instruction provides visionary leadership, strategic planning, and oversight for the district's instructional program. This position ensures the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of curriculum, assessment, professional learning, and instructional practices across all schools. The Director leads data-driven academic decision-making, supervises instructional coaches, coordinates Section 504 services, and supports novice teacher mentoring to promote high levels of student achievement.
