Job Description TEACHER AIDE Special Education Services POSITION SUMMARY: The teacher aide is under the direct supervision of the teacher. She/he must be able to follow directions, be flexible in dealing with different groups and different personalities, and maintain an open and positive attitude. A collaborative working relationship with the teacher is paramount. QUALIFICATIONS : High school graduate or equivalent.
