Candidate must hold a 9-14 Health Assisting license from the Massachusetts Department of Elementary & Secondary Education (MA DESE) or possess the requirements to become licensed and should have a bachelor's degree or higher with at least 30 credits in subject matter. The candidate must be a registered nurse with current licensure in Massachusetts with at least three years' nursing experience, one year of which must have been in a level II or level III long-term care facility.
