Job Description Job Title: Crisis Management Assistant Purpose Statement: The job of the Crisis Management Assistant (CMA) is done for the purpose/s of supporting students in crisis at each school assigned, providing redirection, de-escalation, self-regulation, and other crisis prevention intervention techniques to reduce student outrage and return students to class. The CMA is considered a Tier 2 intervention, with the goal of assisting students in crisis and returning them to their general education classroom.
