Job Description Everwood Day Camp is looking for Floating Counselors-the camp superheroes who can jump into any group, any age, any activity, any day. Think of this role as a substitute teacher + hype leader, who can connect with our youngest campers (4 years old) to campers in our Teen Leadership Program (entering 10th graders). Floating counselors are confident, flexible, and full of energy. You will step into a group with 1 or 2 other counselors and help navigate campers throughout their camp day!
