Job Description ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: •Develop and deliver lesson plans in Hospitality & Tourism courses aligned with State Career and Technical (CTE) Standards. •Teach industry-relevant technical and management skills that prepare students for entry-level positions and higher education pathways. •Integrate employability skills such as leadership, guest services, teamwork, accountability, and professional communication into classroom and lab activities. •Facilitate student attainment of industry certifications (e.g., Certified Hospitality & Tourism Management Professional, ServSafe Manager, CPR/First Aid/AED) and support pathways for Early College credit. •Coordinate and supervise work-based learning experience (e.g., job shadowing, mock interviews, resume workshops, mentorships) that connect students with real-world hospitality industry partners. •Assess and document student progress through a variety of assessments, projects, and performance tasks,...
