Job Description TITLE: Maintenance (8:30am - 5:00pm) - Operations JOB STATUS: FLSA Overtime Eligible REPORTS TO: Chief Operating Officer DEPARTMENT: Business Operations POSITION SUMMARY: To help maintain the district's physical plant in a state of operating excellence that it presents no problems or interruptions to the educational process. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: A high school diploma or training and experience that are considered equivalent. A documented knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, electricity, and HVAC systems and other basic building systems. A low pressure boiler license preferred. Good human relations with the ability to communicate in a courteous manner. Ability to work with little supervision. A neat appearance.
