Operations Coordinator Democracy Prep Public Schools strives to ensure all scholars receive the most rigorous education, empowering them with the skills to thrive both in the classroom and beyond. Our Operations Coordinators play a vital role in supporting the operational systems that enable our schools to function smoothly and effectively. This role collaborates closely with school leadership, staff, and families, ensuring that all logistical and operational needs are met in support of scholar achievement. *The Operations Coordinator role is a fully in-person role, and will be expected to report to work in-person five days per week.
