Job Description Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine seeks a detail-oriented, service-minded Academic Operations Assistant to provide coordinated support across Phase 1 of the curriculum, specifically in the domains of Research, Integrated Foundational Sciences (IFS), Clinical Science, and Health Systems Science and Interprofessional Practice. Reporting to the Phase 1 Director, this role keeps courses, assessments, and events running smoothly, from multi-room presentations and clinical skills sessions to Canvas updates, calendars, data tracking, and faculty/staff support.
