Job Description Secretary to Director of Capital Projects and Facility Operations Administration Center Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm 12 Month Schedule $17.41 per hour, per RSPA Master Agreement for Classification II QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma with excellent command of the English language, required. General office experience, required. Strong computer skills and aptitude to learn software programs used in this position. Experience in administration of a data based facilities reservations system and work-order management system preferred. Ability to interact positively with school/community. Ability to handle a multitude of responsibilities with minimal supervision. Valid driver's license and available transportation. Regular, reliable and punctual attendance required.
